About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! As a Senior Manager, FF&E Strategic Sourcing, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the FF&E Strategic Sourcing team, you will report to the Director FF&E Sourcing. You will handle the strategic sourcing, supply chain, and product development for Hilton's Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) programs. You will collaborate with FF&E Sourcing Team Members and other internal and external partners to guide the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of FF&E programs, including Hilton brand prototype FF&E packages. What you'll do during a typical day: Develop strategies to optimize the performance of FF&E programs, using your expertise in procurement and strategic sourcing. Handle FF&E sourcing initiatives, including bidding, analysis, supplier negotiations, coordination of design reviews, and award recommendations. Be a subject matter authority, providing analysis and new ideas, including the development of Brand Standards. How you'll collaborate with others: Handle supplier relationships and vetting, including capability assessments, business reviews, supply chain management, and performance management. Partner with the Responsible Sourcing team to implement solutions toward Hilton's Travel with Purpose 2030 sustainability goals. Proactively engage with suppliers to cultivate diverse opportunities. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Lead product development through the review of product specifications, drawings and working with design teams and suppliers. Lead categories as assigned and provide direction to your team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities in the achievement of their objectives. Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of procurement, product development, FF&E, or interior design experience in the hospitality industry
  • Three (3) years of strategic sourcing or category management experience
  • Four (4) years of project management experience
  • Management, Supervisory, and mentorship experience
  • May require occasional travel, up to 10%
  • Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's or MA/MS/MBA Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Design
  • Ten (10) years of procurement, product development, FF&E, or interior design experience
  • Five (5) years of strategic sourcing or category management experience
  • CPSM, CAPM, PMP, or similar certification
