The senior manager role on Fidelity Procurement’s strategic sourcing team leads Procurement projects of medium to high level complexity, typically in support of a single business group. This role will work with business partners to improve Fidelity’s position to broker for the right products, at the right price and contractual terms. Individuals should possess experience working across many business segments, including technology, marketing, financial services, and consulting services. They should exhibit strong communications skills as they partner with Fidelity leaders across our business units to achieve stronger scale and efficiency for Fidelity. Fidelity procurement helps Fidelity business partners make smart purchasing decisions that reduce risk and maximize value for the firm. Your impact will be realized as you assist our business partners in engaging Procurement to secure products and/or services through new vendor or existing vendor relationships. Your impact will be proven through the savings you are able to return to the firm. Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
