About The Position

The Senior Manager, Feasibility & Pricing serves as the single-threaded owner of enrollment modeling strategy and pricing integrity across CSS opportunities. The role defines standardized consent and screening assumptions, enforces margin guardrails, and oversees cost-per-consent benchmarks by therapeutic area. The Senior Manager stress-tests proposals prior to submission and partners with FP&A leadership to ensure scalable, financially sound growth. This role protects margin at the front end of the opportunity lifecycle and reduces financial exposure as proposal volume increases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in clinical research feasibility, pricing, commercial strategy, or financial modeling
  • Vendor, CRO, or sponsor proposal pricing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience developing forecasting methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Owns the organization’s enrollment modeling methodology
  • Defines and maintains standard consent and SFR assumptions
  • Establishes and enforces pricing guardrails and margin thresholds
  • Approves or rejects pricing strategies prior to submission
  • Maintains therapeutic-area benchmark framework across studies
  • Performs advanced scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Identifies financial exposure risks within proposals
  • Partners with FP&A leadership on forecasting alignment
  • Advises Business Development leadership on deal strategy
  • Standardizes feasibility review processes across teams
  • Analyzes historical performance and refines pricing models
  • Leads continuous improvement of pricing tools and automation
  • Presents financial risk analysis to senior leadership
  • Supports scalable growth through modeling governance
  • Supports contract strategy discussions
  • Contributes to commercial strategy initiatives
  • Mentors junior feasibility or pricing staff
  • Occasional travel to Company meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
