Build pricing scenario models (including complex churn cohort modeling) that can integrate multiple assumption sets and deliver key outputs; Build assumption sets using data analysis, historical trends, marketing acumen, and market research (CMI), with financial acumen, operational insights, and a deep understanding of customer experience in order to deliver high-value, insightful assumptions; Deliver contextual financial feasibility checks using break even analysis and lifetime value (LTV) calculations; Collaborate with Commercial leads to develop expert understanding of business drivers and guide them in interpreting insights; Collaborate with brand leads across Commercial, Customer Marketing, Finance and Sales to compile various data into high-confidence hypotheses that can be used for corrective action plans and to develop assumptions and modeling related to new product and promotional business cases; Present initiatives, model outputs, and strategic recommendations for decision making to stakeholders and executive leadership; Manage timeline and deliverable expectations upstream and downstream; Partner with other functions to provide a holistic interpretation of disparate data, and serve as Commercial/Brand Subject Matter Expert and point person for all data inquiries and requests; Lead in-depth analysis of business performance, specific to new customer acquisition, customer retention, pricing and base average revenue per user (ARPU), product analytics and overall profitability, utilizing multiple databases and data sources to gather necessary insights. What we’re looking for... Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Consumer Pricing or Marketing Analytics or FP&A Analyst/Consultant or Manager, Data Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years in marketing analytics, supporting subscriber trend analysis using SQL, and churn/retention analysis within telecom or adjacent industries; and 3 years in consumer market insights analysis, price elasticity and revenue modeling in telecom or adjacent industries. Requires travel in the U.S. for up to 25% of time. Hybrid role, ability to work from home. Must Reference: Job # SHBHAS-W.
