In this role, you will oversee and coordinate facility services operations for a small to mid-sized campus, including infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and capital projects. You will manage daily operations and lead both exempt and non-exempt team members, offering guidance, direction, and mentorship. This position partners closely with senior leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational objectives. Schedule: Monday through Friday working 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend or evening coverage as needed. POSITION SUMMARY This position plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of the facilities services staff. This position is typically responsible for the operations of a small to medium campus facility that include infrastructure, utilities, maintenance operations and capital projects. This position is responsible for the daily management of multiple exempt and non-exempt staff.
