The Senior Manager of Executive Protection is responsible for safeguarding senior leadership through strategic security planning, risk management, and operational oversight. They coordinate protective measures, manage security staff, and ensure safe travel and event participation for executives In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior manager position is also responsible for leading and managing strategy development, and delivery of security programs and support services across an assigned region or market. This includes delivering program expertise and coherence across assigned area(s) while ensuring effective integration, alignment, and unity of effort between area, regional, and national levels of KP to establish and maintain a strong and adaptive security posture that aligns with organizational risk tolerance and business strategies. This position is also responsible for managing region or market security programs and support services including Investigations, Prevention of Workplace Violence, Threat Management, Security Training, Compliance, and Crime Prevention programs. This includes interacting with leadership to establish and maintain a strong and adaptive security posture that aligns with organizational risk tolerance and business strategies, and maintaining a strong partnership with market and service area security directors to tightly integrate, coherently design, and consistently deliver security services across the region.
