About The Position

Justworks is hiring a Senior Manager, Events Marketing to lead and scale an established events team within our Brand Marketing function. This role owns how events are planned, delivered, and continuously improved across external and internal audiences and ensuring experiences are on-brand, well-executed, and outcome-oriented. You will lead an events program that is already operating at scale and driving meaningful business impact. You’ll play a central role in shaping the events roadmap, evolving how the program operates, and strengthening the systems and frameworks that enable our events to scale while still delivering consistently high quality experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced events marketer who combines strong operational rigor with a clear point of view on what a best-in-category program looks like.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading B2B or B2B2C events programs across formats and audiences, with a track record of driving business impact.
  • Proven experience managing and growing marketers and building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in event planning, production, logistics, vendor management, and budget ownership.
  • Systems thinking mindset, with experience improving how programs run through data, testing, and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of how brand shows up through events, with an unyielding bar for consistency and experience quality.
  • Bias for working cross-functionally across Marketing teams and with business partners to deliver exception experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of a national portfolio of live and virtual events, including brand moments, customer and community events, field activations, and internal company experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of events marketers and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and excellence.
  • Partner across Marketing and the broader company to shape an events roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategy and Brand Creative to ensure events are delivered in line with brand standards and express the Justworks brand consistently.
  • Build and maintain the systems and playbooks for end-to-end event management, including planning, logistics, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution.
  • Define and track event performance across engagement, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve how the events program operates by refining processes, formats, and working models to reduce complexity and improve velocity.
