About The Position

The Trust (powered by the NFL Players Association) is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Manager, Events and Meetings to help lead our event strategy and execution! The Senior Manager, Events & Meetings is responsible for managing event logistics, collaborating on event schedules, overseeing vendor proposals, and coordinating with various departments for effective event execution. This role involves executing and managing all aspects of event planning, including programming, venue selection, entertainment, catering, and more.

Requirements

5+ years of event planning and event execution experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Strong skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to plan/organize work effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible team environment.
Experience in cost estimating and event budgeting.
Strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute all Trust events, programs, and meetings in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venues, vendors, travel, staffing, production, and on-site operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Evaluate and select venues and vendors; prepare cost estimates and manage approved event budgets.
Oversee on-site event execution, including staff coordination and issue resolution.
Maintain event materials, equipment, and inventory.
Collect and analyze event data to measure outcomes, engagement, and program impact.
Support post-event follow-up, outreach, and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
