About The Position

As Senior Manager, ERP Solutions, lead and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) capabilities across warehouse, forecasting, planning, and manufacturing. Drive day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 environment and deliver solution design, configuration, and deployments to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best business / operational processes, ensure transactional integrity, and enable data-driven decision-making. Manage and develop an ERP team responsible for enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP solutional management
  • Manufacturing and distribution industry background including operational leadership.
  • Exposure to AI-driven forecasting tools and advanced analytics.
  • Certification in D365 F&O or related Microsoft technologies.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with focus on Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations (including WMS, MES, and third-party logistics systems).
  • Experience in leading operational process optimization and enhancements across multi-site in the areas of procure-to-pay, production planning, and inventory control.
  • Extensive knowledge of MRP, ATP, and demand forecasting principles.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and Azure services for reporting and automation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Vendor and partner management experience (Microsoft, system integrators).
  • Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and develop an internal ERP team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Select and manage ERP external solution providers; oversee vendor contracts to set service requirements, SLAs to maximize deliverables and optimize costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business leaders to ensure ERP initiatives support growth and efficiency. Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to ensure user proficiency with D365 F&O.
  • ERP Strategy & Governance Define and maintain the roadmap for D365 F&O operational modules (Warehouse, Master Planning, Forecasting, Production Control). Establish KPIs for operational efficiency (inventory turns, forecast accuracy, production throughput). Ensure alignment with business objectives and cross-functional priorities.
  • Solution Design & Optimization Lead the design and configuration of D365 processes for warehousing, demand forecasting, supply planning, and manufacturing. Implement best practices and drive continuous-improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs. Lead and manage ERP projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met. Manage change control and risk mitigation for system updates.
  • Integration & Data Management Oversee integrations between D365 and related systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, forecasting tools). Ensure delivered solutions support transactional / data accuracy and integrity within the Warehouse, Master Planning, Forecasting, and Production Control business processes.
