Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance Management

Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, situated within the Finance Transformation Advisory practice, are seeking a Senior Manager to strengthen our Management Consulting practice. We are looking for a talented professional like you to build a highly visible presence for EPM engagements that leverages EPM technology solutions.

Requirements

A minimum of 7-9 years of EPM related experience with a professional services advisory firm and experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects related to EPM with software vendors such as Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan and Tagetik.
Experience working in a client-facing role across a variety of industries and businesses.
You have a strong mix of business and functional knowledge related to EPM processes.
Proven ability to communicate business requirements and understand the implications on the functional design.
Experienced in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
Experienced with governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management.
Strong knowledge of information access and delivery methods, analytics applications and tools, data sourcing and integration methods such as OLAP / ROLAP / HOLAP and an understanding of data warehousing/mining, ETL, EII, data cleansing, and architecture.

Lead the day-to-day operation and execution of services.

Motivate your team and creating a culture of inclusion.
Provide day-to-day guidance and actionable coaching to your team.
Manage, mentor and train junior team members, as well as provide support to other service lines within Management Consulting.
Being responsible for overall engagement planning and delivery as well as managing engagement economics using available reports and data.
Managing the delivery of multiple and/or large-scale client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work which meets the client requirements and expectations.
Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the development and submission of proposals and bid documents. Leading pursuits aligned to client issues.
Being known as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your sector/service.
Managing Finance Transformation projects with specific focus on end-to-end EPM functional transformation and technology implementations.
Providing leadership, direction, and guidance to senior level client stakeholders and be seen as a subject matter specialist across the EPM suite of services.
Helping organizations to manage their risks and improve their performance by managing projects across each phase of the implementation life cycle.
Working with senior KPMG leaders to enhance and integrate service offerings across the Management Consulting and Advisory practices.
Developing relationships and partnerships with other KPMG Offices.
