About the Role: The role of Senior Manager, Enterprise Payments Product Management is an exciting opportunity for a talented product manager to define the product strategy and roadmap to deliver a best-in-class enterprise payment service for American Express. The incumbent will be a central member of the Enterprise Payments COE that is tasked with driving an enterprise critical multi-year Multi-Rail Payments program established to (1) accelerate the development of our enterprise payment services and (2) redesign the operating model surrounding it to drive excellence in payment execution. This role will help to reshape and transform how payment products are built and delivered at American Express. The Manager, Enterprise Payments Product Management will collaborate closely with Business, Delivery, and Technology to define the product vision and roadmap for Enterprise Payments. This role will fall within our Pay Amex product team focused on the US market needs at a time of significant investment. The product manager will help to understand core customer needs and will play a pivotal role in building out a strong modernize core payment services improving customer outcomes, operations outcomes, and risk and control outcomes.
