This role is responsible for the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of learning operations across the organization, with direct oversight of eLearning and eResources, Training Coordination, oversight of learning and training related to Avatar (Telecare’s EHR), and the administration of Performance Evaluations, and Succession Planning in Workday. Serving as a key operational leader within Telecare University, this role ensures learning systems, processes, and data are reliable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy. The Senior Manager partners closely with Enterprise Learning leaders, HR, Operations, IT, and program stakeholders to translate strategy into disciplined execution while strengthening the employee and leader experience
