About The Position

Step into a dynamic leadership role where you’ll guide talented squads of delivery associates to implement innovative Data solutions for high-impact projects. You’ll be at the forefront of large-scale modernization initiatives, helping the enterprise to transform legacy platforms by enabling Data solutions supporting those efforts. Your expertise will drive the scoping, design, staffing, and management of data initiatives—from sourcing fresh data inputs to integrating systems and curating analytic datasets. You’ll lead a diverse, collaborative team of Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Data Analysts, ETL Developers, and Testers, working in geographically disbursed locations. While Cleveland is preferred, we’re open to remote candidates who are ready to travel and make a difference!

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in designing and delivering data solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build relationships across disparate teams.
  • Proven management experience (5-10+ years).
  • Comfortable managing medium to large size teams who are distributed geographically across multiple time zones.
  • Strong risk management experience to identify potential issues in project delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for business acumen and experience working in Banking\Financial services.
  • Cloud experience is a plus.

  • Experience with GCP, Big Query, SQL, Ab Initio

Responsibilities

  • Lead squads of delivery associates charged with implementing Data solutions in support of project-based initiatives. Team members include Scrum Masters\Project Managers, Data Analysts, ETL Developers, and Testers. Team size will range from 20-40, geographically disburse in US, Canada, and India.
  • Enable large-scale modernization projects targeted to pivot legacy platforms to modern platforms. In addition, support various projects to enable new capabilities via analytic data set curation.
  • Scope, design, staff, and manage data related work including but not limited to sourcing new data inputs, enabling system to system integrations, and curation of raw data into analytic data sets.
  • Financial management of project and cost center budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, line of business representatives, and third-party vendors to design data solutions that will meet defined business requirements.

Benefits

  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $112,000.00 - $210,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
