Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications

About The Position

This role involves managing on-site and remote Communications support, which includes diagnosing, configuring, and documenting complex problems, as well as responding to issues at assigned sites. The Senior Manager will also work towards system improvement, efficiency, and standardization, and will lead and guide lower-level network staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management experience, required
  • Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex, including portal management, policy configuration, and platform governance
  • Deep understanding of AV over IP protocols (Dante, AES67, NDI) and control system ecosystems (Crestron, Extron, Biamp)
  • Healthcare IT experience, particularly in clinical AV environments such as telemedicine, simulation labs, OR video, or command centers
  • Experience managing enterprise wide collaboration device fleets at scale (thousands of endpoints)
  • Demonstrated success developing multi-year technology roadmaps with associated capital planning and TCO analysis
  • Track record of leading platform migrations or large scale AV standardization rollouts across a multi-site environment
  • Experience building and operating an AV-as-a-Service or managed services model
  • Manufacturer specific certifications from Crestron, Biamp, Extron or Shure
  • PMP, ITIL, or similar operational framework certifications

  • AVIXA CTS certification (CTS-D or CTS-I a plus)
