Senior Manager - Engineering Leader The Role The Digital Account Management (DAM) product area within Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Full Stack Engineering to contribute to the strategy, technical direction, and delivery of digital capabilities that support Institutional Account Onboarding and Account Maintenance. You will lead a small agile team, partner closely with product leadership, and help deliver scalable, resilient, and modern solutions that serve Clearing Advisors, RIAs, home office teams, and representatives. In this role, you will support engineering standards, influence architectural discussions, improve technical health, and contribute to the ongoing modernization of the digital account management products. Although this is a leadership role, you will still spend meaningful time hands-on with code, reviewing designs, contributing to development, and supporting production. Collaboration across product areas, architecture, operations, and dependent platforms is essential to success. The Team The Digital Account Management team delivers modern, scalable solutions that power Institutional Account Onboarding and Account Maintenance across the Wealthscape platform. We focus on creating intuitive digital workflows that reduce friction, improve accuracy, and accelerate asset realization for Clearing Advisors, RIAs, and home-office professionals.
