The Senior Manager, E2E Connections and Media role is a pivotal position within the marketing team, responsible for collaborating with Brand Marketers, Content Partners, and the broader cross-functional marketing community to create and implement best-in-class brand End to End (E2E) connection plans tailored for the U.S. market. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop prioritized investment strategies that encompass both internal and external investments, ensuring robust connection plans across various channels including paid (Broadcast, Online Video, Radio, Digital, Mobile, Search, OOH, Print), earned (PR, influencers, social), owned (packaging, liquid rewards, websites), and shared (passion point properties, customers) connection points throughout the consumer journey. The ideal candidate will leverage consumer insights and trends to inform communication strategies, utilizing historical learnings such as Marketing Mix Modelling, while staying abreast of the latest industry and marketplace developments. This position demands the ability to align business strategy with communication strategy, translating the latter into an optimal connections plan that integrates seamlessly with Core Creative Ideas to achieve brand objectives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee the negotiation of paid media investments for designated brands, collaborating closely with various agencies to maximize the effectiveness of media efforts across national and local platforms. Functionally, the role requires expertise in strategy and architecture development, connections planning across Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid media, and a strong proficiency in media planning and investment. The Senior Manager will interpret business and consumer data to devise insightful solutions to complex business challenges, translating business objectives into strategic briefs that guide agency partners. This position also involves nurturing external industry and agency partnerships, managing E2E plans, and ensuring a consumer-first perspective is maintained across all initiatives. The candidate must possess the ability to communicate complex media trends and consumer behaviors in a straightforward manner, fostering collaboration across a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders including Brand, PR, Content, Assets, Legal, and Business Affairs.
