About The Position

THE TEAM The mission of the Distribution team is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all Aritzia’s customers. THE ROLE As the Senior Manager, Distribution, 3PL (Columbus) , you will lead the team to: U phold day-to-day operational excellen ce within 3PL s and identify opportunities for improvement Manage and facilitate the inbound and outbound operations within 3PL s Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within 3PL s Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives , while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

Requirements

Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in: A Distribution Centre environment Warehouse Management Systems and SAP
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

Uphold day-to-day operational excellence within 3PLs and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage and facilitate the inbound and outbound operations within 3PLs
Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within 3PLs
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives
