On the Digital Strategy team reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will define how guests experience Hilton digitally across web, app, email, and lifecycle touchpoints, ensuring experiences are grounded in digital shopping behaviors and optimized to drive measurable outcomes. The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy is accountable for the success of Hilton's digital marketing experience across owned channels, owning strategy, execution direction, and performance against marketing briefs and business goals. This role translates those behaviors into clear recommendations, priorities, and actions that maximize performance across the customer journey. Working closely with Brand, Analytics, Product, and regional teams, this position will drive digital decision-making and performance, ensuring the owned ecosystem delivers cohesive and effective experiences.
