Your Impact As the Senior Manager, Digital Services you are responsible for the growth, optimization, and operational integrity of Lowe’s Digital Services Marketplace for assigned installed services categories. This role owns the development of new installed services programs from concept through launch by identifying high-potential opportunities, assessing technology level of effort, and validating service provider network capabilities. This leader is accountable for optimizing the end-to-end digital services experience, driving attach rate, maintaining strong data hygiene, and delivering against a digital services sales plan. The role partners closely with Technology, Product, Services, Merchandising, and external service providers to ensure services are scalable, customer-centric, and financially viable.
