This leader will support and advance the international digital agenda across all marketing and consumer experiences, acting as a change agent for consumer-first, connected digital growth across markets. Sitting at the center, they partner closely with global marketing, regional teams, and digital platform leaders to ensure digital is fully embedded into brand strategy, campaigns, and category priorities. They will help define how loyalty, delivery, and end-to-end digital experiences—across app, web, kiosks, CRM, and emerging touchpoints—come to life in a way that is globally consistent and locally adaptable. Leveraging data-driven insights, they will guide an integrated marketing approach across the full digital ecosystem, enabling growth at every consumer touchpoint, establishing the future of loyalty, while building strong collaboration and trust across regions and franchise partners.
