Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, the Senior Manager, Digital Insights & Analytics is responsible for translating digital-first data sources into actionable consumer insights & recommendations that inform category strategy, brand growth, innovation, and commercialization across a Edgewell's portfolio of brands.   The individual should have a passion for drawing insights from various data sets with the goal of driving business results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and able to communicate with and work across multiple teams, including Brand Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, & Sales.   This position with have a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office, at either our Shelton, CT or NYC locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Analytics, Digital Insights, or a related strategic role
  • Experience working with digital data sources such as consumer reviews, search data, and e-commerce analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Experience managing external agencies or analytics partners
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-influence skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods, ideally with Beauty and personal care experience.
  • Familiarity with digital insight platforms such as Black Swan Data, Revuze, Sprinklr, or similar tools
  • Experience using 3rd party eCommerce sales/share and digital shelf tools (e.g., Stackline, CommerceIQ, Profitero, Edge by Ascential).
  • Familiarity with Syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).
  • Experience partnering closely with brand marketing, innovation, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the analysis and translation of digital data sources (e.g., ratings & reviews, search trends, e-commerce analytics, digital shelf performance) into strategic consumer insights and growth opportunities, partnering closely with Consumer Insights leads and cross-functional teams to drive clear business action.
  • Synthesize insights across multiple digital platforms to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities
  • Partner with consumer insights leads, brand, category, and e-commerce teams to inform innovation, renovation, positioning, and portfolio decisions.
  • Lead relationships with external digital insights and analytics partners (e.g., Black Swan Data, Revuze, Stackline), including briefing, oversight, and delivery of actionable outputs.
  • Ensure digital insights are integrated with broader consumer learning and category understanding.
  • Develop clear, compelling insight stories that drive alignment and action across the organization
  • Continuously evolve digital insight capabilities, tools, and ways of working
