The Senior Manager, Digital Innovation & Brand Collaborations leads the brand’s experimentation and partnership strategy across emerging digital platforms, technologies, and cross-industry collaborations. They are responsible for identifying, piloting, and scaling innovation and partnership programs that keep the brand culturally relevant, technologically forward, and deeply connected to the next generation of beauty consumers. They will sit at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce — collaborating with other teams and external partners to launch disruptive partnerships that inspire global audiences and achieve our goals. This role is equal parts creativity and operational excellence.
