As the FLEX Sr. Manager, Digital Commercial Strategy & Performance, you will apply a scalable, data-driven approach to diagnose opportunities, shape Digital roadmap priorities, and execute differentiated product strategies across underperforming, emerging, and at-risk segments. You will partner closely with Analytics, Digital Product, UX, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Continent leadership, and hotel/ownership stakeholders to rally teams around the highest-impact initiatives for each segment.
