Job Description: Senior Manager, Campaign Management About the Role The Senior Manager, Campaign Management is responsible for leading the planning and execution of integrated, audience-led marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. This role owns the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from intake and ideation through execution, optimization, and learning—with a strong emphasis on audience strategy, segmentation, and personalization enabled through the Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role partners closely with Marketing, UX/Design, Development, Analytics, and Operations to ensure campaigns are aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and brand standards. The Senior Manager sets the campaign and audience operating model, establishes best practices, and ensures consistent, scalable execution across web and app channels.
