About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager in our Data & Analytics team to join our Technology & Experience Practice and lead enterprise client projects through the full lifecycle – from strategy, concept, and architecture, through to delivery and implementation. We are looking for a passionate technologist with keen business acumen and experience managing diverse teams in the successful planning, design, and deployment of data solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics in a professional services/consulting firm
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, data quality, privacy and security controls
  • Experience leading projects related to data migration and data integrations leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS
  • Strong communication and project leadership skills with comfortability managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, enterprise IT environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leadership
  • Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50%
  • Hybrid work environment – 2x/week in office
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead client projects and manage consulting teams in the delivery of data solutions with the goal of improving technical operations and business performance
  • Interface directly with client personnel and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and set project objectives
  • Make key engagement decisions, including budgeting, risk management, resource management, vendor selection, workstream delegation, and project methodology
  • Act as client point of contact and present updates on deliverables, communicate engagement status, and ensure projects align with their transformation and business goals
  • Contribute to practice development; mentor junior consultants on project management best practices, stay abreast of industry trends, and develop reusable methodology
  • Assist with or lead statement of work (SOW) and business development efforts and identify change orders
  • Organize project work into client presentations, outlining findings and recommendations for C-level executives.
  • Contribute to practice development by developing and improving reusable methodologies and data solutions for client engagements.
