Requirements

Extensive experience in data science and advanced machine learning techniques, including model assessment, validation, and tuning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
Strong expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams on advanced modeling and feature engineering.
In-depth understanding of business context to translate requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
Proven ability to deploy and scale models in production environments while monitoring performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and business relevance.
Design and implement data visualization solutions to effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
Guide and mentor team members on modeling techniques, feature engineering, and data analysis methodologies.
Oversee deployment and scaling of models, monitoring performance and optimizing parameters for production environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
