Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data science and advanced machine learning techniques, including model assessment, validation, and tuning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams on advanced modeling and feature engineering.
  • In-depth understanding of business context to translate requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to deploy and scale models in production environments while monitoring performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present technical findings clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and business relevance.
  • Design and implement data visualization solutions to effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor team members on modeling techniques, feature engineering, and data analysis methodologies.
  • Oversee deployment and scaling of models, monitoring performance and optimizing parameters for production environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
