Requirements

Deep knowledge of model evaluation, statistical methods, and advanced modeling techniques (e.g., Bayesian inference, neural networks, SVM, Random Forest).
Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced storytelling with data.
Strong business acumen across multiple domains (e.g., product, finance, marketing).
Experience with code development and testing in languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, or C.
Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions, and mentor others in best practices.

Responsibilities

Assess, validate, and tune models using advanced techniques (e.g., Chi-square, ROC curve, RMSE) to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Design and deliver compelling data visualizations using tools like Python, R, Tableau, and PowerBI to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics projects and solutions.
Guide and mentor junior associates on modeling, visualization, and business context.
Deploy, monitor, and scale models in production, ensuring ongoing performance and reliability.
