Your Role: As a Senior Manager, you’ll bring value to our clients by delivering expert guidance, driving operational improvements, and supporting complex accounting scenarios. Your role will provide hands-on accounting support, stepping into critical roles such as: Interim Controller: Manage and optimize financial close processes, including month-end and year-end activities. Coach and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Interim Accounting Manager: Streamline workflows in the general ledger, consolidations, and management reporting to improve efficiency. Interim Special Projects Lead: Provide project management and hands-on support for major initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and ERP integrations (NetSuite, FloQast, BlackLine, and other platforms). Interim Financial Analysis/FP&A Lead: Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business performance. Interim Internal Audit Director: Provide interim audit leadership, support SOX compliance, and strengthen internal controls. Interim SEC Reporting manager/Director: Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
