Your Role: As a Senior Manager, you’ll bring value to our clients by delivering expert guidance, driving operational improvements, and supporting complex accounting scenarios. Your role will provide hands-on accounting support, stepping into critical roles such as: Interim Controller: Manage and optimize financial close processes, including month-end and year-end activities. Coach and mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Interim Accounting Manager: Streamline workflows in the general ledger, consolidations, and management reporting to improve efficiency. Interim Special Projects Lead: Provide project management and hands-on support for major initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and ERP integrations (NetSuite, FloQast, BlackLine, and other platforms). Interim Financial Analysis/FP&A Lead: Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business performance. Interim Internal Audit Director: Provide interim audit leadership, support SOX compliance, and strengthen internal controls. Interim SEC Reporting manager/Director: Prepare and review SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures to ensure compliance and accuracy. What You Bring: We're searching for resourceful leaders who combine technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and meaningful leadership experience.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required, while a Masters degree preferred.
  • A CPA license, or equivalent certification, is highly valued.
  • 7+ years of experience, ideally a mix of public accounting (Big Four or Next Ten) and industry experience.
  • At least 4+ years leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including team collaboration and client-facing discussions.
  • Proven ability to identify challenges, implement solutions, and deliver with precision.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Takes ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision, while proactively communicating status updates and anticipating team and client needs.
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel.
  • Expertise with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with supplemental tools like FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, and Carta is a bonus.
