About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and optimize our talent acquisition processes at Primoris. In this role, you will drive workforce planning initiatives, collaborate with departmental leaders to understand hiring needs, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive staffing strategies to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs. Partner with leadership across departments to identify hiring requirements and align recruitment goals with business objectives. Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methodologies. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of staffing processes. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to enhance sourcing capabilities. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Required and Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing management, preferably in a corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and levels. Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with employer branding strategies and initiatives. Proficiency in using ATS platforms to manage recruitment workflows and candidate pipelines such as Workday, UKG, Taleo, etc. Experience with data analysis tools to drive staffing strategy decisions and improvements. Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and techniques. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and performance development. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Requirements
