About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Corporate Investigations based out of Wichita, KS. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professional investigators responsible for conducting investigations enterprise wide. In this role, a successful candidate will have the ability to build a team, develop talent, identify and mitigate risks, partner with stakeholders, and provide guidance on investigations. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. The majority of work will be performed on site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working in an investigative capacity or related role
  • 3+ years of experience leading investigative teams

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience working in an investigative capacity or related role
  • 5+ years of experience leading investigative teams and/or leading initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating an understanding of, and investigating fraud related allegations
  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.)
  • Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certification, and/or other ethics and compliance certification

Responsibilities

  • Manages employees who conduct employee misconduct investigations into fraud related matters (accounting and financial, product quality and safety, information protection, ethical business conduct, etc.) and provide advice, analysis and guidance on the application of company ethics policies
  • Develops and implements integrated departmental and organization strategies and plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental and organizational business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
  • Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements
  • Develops and manages relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees
