About The Position

SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A & Enterprise Capital Process is a key leader within Corporate FP&A, responsible for driving the enterprise planning and forecasting cadence and delivering clear, executive-ready insights that inform performance management and decision-making. The role leads cross-functional analyses, translates strategic priorities into financial targets, and supports Executive Committee discussions through concise storytelling on drivers, risks, and opportunities. The position oversees the Enterprise Capital Process team to ensure disciplined capital governance, high-quality investment business cases, and alignment of capital allocation with enterprise strategy, cash flow capacity, and balance-sheet objectives. The role partners closely with divisional finance leaders, enterprise leaders, and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Enterprise‑level thinking and financial judgment
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and synthesis skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-ready insights across Corporate FP&A.
  • Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Provide decision-oriented analysis and recommendations on strategic initiatives, investments, and key financial trade-offs.
  • Lead the Enterprise Capital Process team, drive continuous improvement of processes and tools, and develop/mentor high-performing talent.
  • Own and enforce the enterprise capital governance framework (policies, standards, thresholds) across divisions and functions.
  • Set and maintain enterprise standards for capital business cases, models, assumptions, scenario analysis, and return metrics.
