As a Senior Manager, Contracts supporting the Strategic Defense Solutions (SDS) Integrated Platform Portfolio within Mission Systems, you’ll operate at the center of some of Collins Aerospace’s most complex and mission-critical defense programs. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will guide a team of contracts professionals while serving as a strategic partner to Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders. From shaping winning proposals to negotiating complex agreements under FAR, DFARS, and ITAR regulations, you will play a direct role in protecting the company’s interests, strengthening customer relationships, and driving program success across the full contract lifecycle. In this position, you won’t just administer contracts—you’ll influence outcomes. You’ll provide strategic counsel on contractual rights and risk mitigation, lead negotiations that optimize financial performance, and resolve complex issues with sound judgment and creative problem-solving.
