As a Contracts Manager supporting Collins Aerospace’s Strategic Defense Solutions portfolio, you’ll play a mission-critical role for Integrated Platforms programs. This is more than contract administration—it’s strategic business leadership in one of the most complex and high-visibility defense environments in the world. You’ll partner directly with Program Managers, senior leaders, and customers to shape pursuits, negotiate high-value agreements, and drive execution strategies that protect the business while enabling mission success. From front-end capture strategy through proposal development, negotiation, and lifecycle contract management, you’ll influence key business decisions and ensure disciplined change management across Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price development programs. You’ll assess contractual risk, craft negotiation strategies, advise on FAR/DFARS compliance, and guide teams through complex contractual matters with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
