Requirements

Extensive experience in construction management, including budget oversight and contract administration.
Proven ability to monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards throughout project lifecycles.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in project scheduling, risk management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
Proficiency in financial management, including budget tracking, claims resolution, and invoice approval.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to resolve conflicts and drive project success.
Commitment to continuous learning and applying strategic planning and design thinking principles.
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments, change orders, and invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor compliance with laws and regulations, enforcing performance standards and addressing noncompliance with contractors and teams.
Manage multiple construction projects by coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and liaising with municipalities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and schedules, minimizing operational impact and ensuring milestone achievement.
Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
