The Salesforce Competitive Intelligence team is seeking a curious self-starter to fill the role of Sr. Manager on our scale team. This person will be aligned with the PubSec OU to identify and provide competitive insights that will help drive the strategy and success of the Sales team through competitive deal support, programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will easily toggle between research, insights, deal support, and program execution. This individual takes pride in helping Salesforce win. This position requires strong written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills, and the ability to manage deliverables across cross-functional teams. Key qualities for success in this role include: identifying and understanding the competitive landscape of a Sales team, developing a mutual stakeholder relationship with OU leadership, managing complex business processes, analytical problem-solving skills, tech-savvy and excellent troubleshooting skills, entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, results orientation, and a demonstrated ability to add value and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
