As a Senior Manager in the Compensation Consulting team, you will primarily be responsible for opportunity cultivation, leading, and delivering on client engagements, serving as a strategic advisor to the firm’s clients, and growing the Compensation Consulting practice . Your role involves expanding client service for compensation strategy development, pay equity, compensation and incentive plan design, compensation committee support, and C-suite and board advisory. You will collaborate with colleagues across various practices, develop and maintain key client and other stakeholder relationships, manage multiple complex projects, and provide high-quality consulting advice. Additionally, you may contribute thought leadership, identify cross-selling opportunities, and serve as performance advisor to other consultants.
