As the Senior Manager, External Communications, you are a key driver of our consumer-facing media presence and the tactical force behind our brand storytelling. Reporting to the Senior Director of External Communications, you will focus on the end-to-end execution of large-scale consumer campaigns, brand milestones, and product launches. This role balances strategic implementation with a passion for proactive pitching to ensure Sam’s Club remains a fixture in the national retail and consumer conversation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to unearth the best stories, turning them into high-impact earned media moments while using data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and shape future efforts.
