The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications is a creative manager on the Marketing team, reporting to the Creative Director. This role is responsible for elevating the quality, clarity, and impact of all written marketing communications in support of product, brand, and growth marketing efforts for a B2B SaaS platform designed for Walmart suppliers. The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications ensures that messaging is not only strategically aligned, but also compelling, cohesive, and creatively differentiated across touchpoints. They will oversee the development and production of high-quality content, manage and review the work of two marketing writers, and serve as an editorial advisor for high-visibility initiatives. A combined manager-contributor role, the Senior Manager will also write copy for their own roster of assignments. This hands-on position is execution-focused, craft-driven, and highly collaborative—bridging product marketing strategy with powerful storytelling and polished creative output.
