The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations & Communications is a strategic, cross-functional role that helps connect commercial strategy to day-to-day execution across Hain’s North America Commercial organization. You will drive clear, consistent communication to Field Sales and broker partners and build the operating rhythms, tools, and processes that enable strong customer execution. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RGM, Supply Chain, and leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, ensure teams have what they need to sell and execute, and continuously improve how the Commercial organization plans, launches innovation, and communicates results. This is a highly hands-on role—you will personally build field-ready content, run key commercial operating rhythms, and drive cross-functional follow-through to ensure plans turn into on-shelf execution. While the role is strategic in scope, success depends on strong day-to-day ownership of deliverables, operating cadences, and cross-functional follow-through.
