As Senior Manager, Change Implementation, you will be responsible for translating strategic change management plans into actionable initiatives that drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors across EA's global Finance organization. This role serves as the primary execution partner to the Director of Change Management and Adoption, ensuring strategic priorities are operationalized across the Finance organization. You will report to the Vice President, Finance Transformation. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in an EA office.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or related roles, ideally within Finance or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of implementing change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, program management, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute change management strategies and plans developed by the Director of Change Management and Adoption, ensuring alignment with EA's Finance Activity Framework.
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives, including process, technology, and behavioral adoption across Finance teams.
  • Coordinate with Process Excellence, Finance Technology, and other transformation Leads to ensure integrated delivery of change programs.
  • Own the end-to-end management of change programs, ensuring timely delivery, issue escalation, and alignment with strategic objectives set by the Director.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and refining implementation approaches as needed.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Continuously provide insights and feedback to the Director on adoption progress, stakeholder sentiment, and opportunities to refine change strategies.
