As a Senior Manager, Central Delivery, you will lead front-end revenue cycle delivery while actively leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven insights to improve performance. You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, analytics, and client leadership, translating complexity into action and helping teams move faster, smarter, and with less manual effort. Here's what you can expect: Collaborate and contribute to high-performing teams supporting front-end revenue cycle operations across large, complex care organizations Drive the shift from manual to technology-enabled workflows, partnering with analytics, AI, and automation teams to reduce rework and improve outcomes Own performance management—identify trends, surface risks, and execute action plans tied to KPIs (AR, access, pre-service, and related metrics) Use data as your primary language—conduct analyses, ask better questions, and push beyond surface-level reporting to uncover root causes Serve as a trusted advisor to client and internal leaders, clearly articulating insights, trade-offs, and recommendations Build executive-ready client narratives, turning complex data into crisp, decision-oriented updates Standardize and scale what works by developing reusable analytical models, dashboards, and presentation templates Coach and develop talent, fostering curiosity, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement across your team Who You Are A front-end revenue cycle leader who understands access, scheduling, pre-registration, and patient financial workflows – prior experience is a positive but a willingness to learn is a must Naturally inquisitive and curious—you ask “why” before “what,” and you’re never satisfied with shallow answers Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills and comfort working directly with large datasets Able to bridge operations and technology, translating business problems into analytical or system-driven solutions Confident influencing executives and frontline teams alike—without needing formal authority Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, global environments

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue cycle operations
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, automation, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive measurable performance improvements
  • Experience leading teams and managing work in outsourced or healthcare consulting environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying data directly
  • Experience with Epic, particularly front-end workflows, reporting, or operational dashboards
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or workflow optimization in healthcare or adjacent industries
