What is the opportunity?: The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts is a hybrid player-coach role responsible for driving enterprise and public-sector SaaS revenue while leading and developing a small, elite tam of Field Strategic Account Executives. You will own a portfolio of key strategic accounts across Canadian enterprise and government segments, while also coaching your team to deliver results aligned with Omnissa’s growth objectives. This role requires deep relationship-building skills, consultative selling expertise, and familiarity with Canadian enterprise and public-sector dynamics. Here’s more: · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Field Strategic Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture and attracting top sales talent · Own and grow a portfolio of 5–7 strategic Enterprise and Public Sector accounts across Canada · Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned to Canada’s unique market dynamics to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets · Provide ongoing coaching, deal strategy guidance, and performance management to Account Executives · Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and retention · Build and deepen trusted-advisor relationships with executive decision-makers and key customer stakeholders · Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Sales Operations to deliver integrated customer solutions · Represent Omnissa’s full portfolio, delivering tailored solutions aligned to customer business objectives · Maintain an accurate, data-driven pipeline in Salesforce, delivering reliable forecasts and presenting quarterly business reviews to sales leadership What will you bring to Omnissa? · 6–8+ years of experience in technology sales. · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets within Large Enterprise and Public Sector accounts, ideally across the Canadian market · Strong analytical, strategic, and forecasting capabilities, with the ability to translate market data and sales metrics into actionable decisions · Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive sustainable revenue growth in Canada · Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing high-performing, engaged sales teams · Deep expertise in value-based and consultative selling methodologies tailored to executive-level buyers · Familiarity with EUC, VDI, UEM, and/or DaaS solutions is preferred Location: Remote - Canada Education: Bachelors preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
