Senior Manager Business Transformation (Transaction)
About The Position
This role will be responsible for leading Lean transformation by developing and deploying Lean Business System standards and methods across the organization while improving operational performance. This role will drive transactional process rigor and performance across the order-to-cash value chain. The position requires collaboration across all regions and close work with cross-functional teams to develop actionable roadmaps to increase efficiency across informational flow processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in multiple operational functions from various industries, applying lean processes and change management methods to foster a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
