About The Position

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager who will help define the Walmart+ Trial early engagement strategy. The ideal candidate has a member-first mindset, takes a data-driven approach to complex problem solving and has a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This Senior Manager must be a team player who has experience ideating and executing high impact initiatives and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization. What you'll do... Define and execute strategies to improve overall Trial early tenure engagement and conversion. Continuously analyze/monitor Trial engagement and conversion performance and act as the subject-matter expert for all things Walmart+ Trial. You will build and iterate on high value actions with Product, Marketing and other partners to execute plans, analyze results, and define next steps. Formulate hypotheses and frame deep-dives that bring forth insights and accelerate our strategic engagement. Identify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision making. Collaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, finance, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reporting Develop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and member journey to deliver targeted strategies About Walmart+: Walmart+ is a membership program that brings together valuable in-store and digital benefits like no other retailer can. Requirements

End-to-end ownership, with the ability to independently lead cross-functional partners through strategic, high-visibility projects with a bias for action and results
Strong analytical skills to interpret insights across initiatives, paired with a continuous learning and improvement mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust level of detail to the audience, including executives
Deep expertise working in cross-functional environments, often within complex organizational matrices
A demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority
Structured thinking and the ability to break down large problems into smaller, simpler ones
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
