The Senior Manager, Business Process will be a highly visible leader driving this change, responsible for designing and sustaining the business across the ecosystem that will shape the company for years to come. This role is pivotal in building governance, compliance, and continuous improvement frameworks across critical platforms — including Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM), Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), and Workforce Planning. By partnering with Finance, PMO, IT, HR, and divisional leadership, this leader will ensure operational excellence and enable Boston Scientific to deliver innovation at scale.
