About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Business Operations to drive efficiency, visibility, and growth across our organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will serve as a central "connective tissue" between Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will own the integrated business forecast, ensuring we have a single source of truth for sales expectations, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Beyond the day-to-day, you will act as a project lead on critical cross-functional initiatives and evaluate new business lines to help Nanit scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Analytical Rigor: Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, bottoms-up operational models from scratch.
  • Influential Leadership: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders through data-backed insights.
  • Strategic Agility: A structured problem-solver who can pivot between high-level strategy and granular execution.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of turning data sets into clear executive narratives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a high-growth consumer hardware or DTC startup is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Forecasting: Lead the weekly/monthly sales forecasting process, synthesizing data from Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain into a single source of truth.
  • Drive Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional meetings to challenge assumptions, analyze variances, and align leadership on growth strategies.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Project-manage high-priority initiatives, such as new product launches, Amazon channel optimization, and holiday peak planning.
  • Analyze Risks & Growth: Proactively identify performance gaps or supply chain risks and recommend actionable mitigation plans.
  • Executive Reporting: Design and deliver QBRs and Board materials that distill complex data into clear, "so-what" insights.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify organizational friction and implement scalable tools to improve operational speed.
