Develop and implement strategies to monitor, evaluate, and enhance seller performance, ensuring alignment with Performance Standards objectives. Lead a team responsible for the operational execution of seller performance programs, including performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Service, and Data Analytics, to identify and address key drivers of seller performance. Provide feedback to the Performance Operations Strategy and Programs team based on metrics and KPIs to effectively measure seller performance and operational efficiency. Manage communication and relationships with key internal stakeholders, providing guidance to improve performance and compliance with platform standards. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance seller engagement. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to seller management and performance optimization. Build, maintain and own process to ensure Product Roadmap and initiatives are meeting the strategic direction and needs of Seller Performance, Health, and Trust.
