About The Position

Join Walmart’s eCommerce organization Site Content Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart’s digital customers. This position is responsible for defining what our best-in-class site content strategy looks like and developing our playbooks to ensure consistent and high-quality digital experiences for the Walmart.com customer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of building processes from scratch which will drive clarity and operational excellence, with the ultimate goal of improving the content customers consume on Walmart.com. Requirements

5-7+ years experience in site merchandising and/or eCommerce project management experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Leverage a naturally inquisitive mindset and strong customer obsession to driv e Message Strategy planning process translating business requests into a cohesive Site Content strategy that aligns to both our business priorities and customers’ needs
Define content strategy best practices to create consistent and repeatable Site Merchandising message execution processes and operational excellence across our site experience
Establish key performance indicators ( KPI ’s ) , track progress and build strategies to deliver and exceed targets
Work with Tooling partners to define requirements for MMUI enhancements to stream line workflow, reduce manual process and drive operational efficiency
Lead communication with c ross-functional partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
Implement effective change management strategies across diverse teams, including ability to have crucial conversations with senior leadership
Have a natural curiosity to dig into business processes and provide solutions for efficiency
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
