AdAction’s demand organization is growing quickly as advertisers across gaming and non-gaming verticals shift toward high-intent and incremental traffic sources. Adoption of our rewarded inventory and next-generation monetization solutions continues to increase, and we are looking for a proven closer who can accelerate this momentum. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Demand) to lead new advertiser acquisition and drive revenue across key categories such as Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is built for someone who can unlock new revenue, shape advertiser strategy, and build long-term partnerships that scale. You will own the full demand-side sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution while leveraging your expertise in paid acquisition, mobile performance marketing, and advertiser KPIs. Your work will directly influence AdAction’s revenue trajectory and strengthen our position as the industry’s preferred partner for high-quality, reward-driven user acquisition.
