As Senior Manager, Financial Benefits & Wellbeing, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Walmart’s financial benefit and wellbeing programs. You will oversee the administration of complex financial benefit plans while advancing enterprise-wide financial wellbeing initiatives that support our associates in building financial confidence and long-term stability. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with teams across Total Rewards, Associate Experience, Communications, Finance, Legal, and Technology to deliver programs that enhance the financial wellbeing of associates at every level of the company.
